Here's my trick. I realize that none of the players actually give a shit about me and I have no control in the roster moves they make. I'm just along for the ride.

exactly. Why bother worrying about what the Bears are going to do this far from the draft? And even when that day comes, there's no point in worrying about it because it's not like we influence stuff anyway

"Worrying"?...just because folks on the interweb have a frivolous conversation about a team they support doesn't mean they are worrying about the topic or believe they have input. It is just a frivolous conversation, much like this one.
