Serviceable QBs only win when they go on HOF runs playing out of their mind (like Flacco or Foles) or their D is generationally great and carries them (Like Dilfer or Denver Manning). Every QB shows flashes of greatness. Zach Wilson has shown flashes.

Look a their entire body of work as well as how deep their flaws lie. Justin still does everything too damn slowly. He won't succeed in any offense for a team that wants to contend.
