QBs are like cars. You're not going to hand an acne-ridden 16 year old keys to an expensive car when you're a poverty franchise. You let them use the old car that you have or get a beater until they prove they're ready.

This staff hasn't proved shit. Keep Fields, upgrade the team by volume instead of gambling on one position.
