No he should not be the HC next year. HE should not be the coach today if we are being truthful.

But, it sure feels like he will be the HC of the Bears for the 2024 season. Hell, Poles just traded a top 40 pick to get his boy an edge.

This front office and ownership will believe in fools gold. The defense is improving just look at how great they played against the Vikings and their backup without their best player. Or look how great they where against the unstoppable Panthers.
