If Fields is the QB then Getsy has to go. I’m ok with Eber staying.

Pretty much this. I wouldn’t love the idea of Flus staying but I don’t think it truly jeopardises the search for an OC. Either some one wants to work with Fields, DJ Moore and probably a fairly decent supporting cast or they don’t.
