iPhone 15 pro max photos and videos look different when posted on social media. (alien.top)

I am happy with the camera performance of iphone 15 pro max so far. However, when i try to post them on instagram the quality ( resolution, brightness, saturation, etc) becomes terrible. I tried to adjust uploading settings but nothing worked.

it's weird because when my friend took a pic on his galaxy s23 ultra it looked great on his phone but when he sent it to me, it looked bad. Idk what it is but the phones are not compatible or something. I'm assuming the same thing with social media.
