Uh unless I’m missing something he’s missing a very key component (and I mean literally the one thing he has to be) for us getting a comp pick so we can continue to shit on him

Dang youre right I thought any coach leaving for promotion was one pick and minority coaches was 2.

We would get comp picks for Ian Cunningham to GM though! Panthers maybe?
