I have just got an iPhone 15 to replace my iPhone 13. I have transferred all apps and settings across from my 13 so I basically have the same phone twice.

How can I make my iPhone 15 feel new while keeping all apps and layouts?

Just use your 15 same as your 13, aslong if everything is working. You will get used to it.

I am used to it already. It looks and feels exactly the same as my 13 so wondered if there was anything I could change appearance wise to make it feel different

I had to buy a bunch of new stuff because of the port. That’s new. It’s also green and has a new case or will when it gets here. The camera probably takes better pictures. Really I don’t know what to tell you. One way I make new iPhones have an extra new feeling is not downloading the new iOS on my old phone. Then whatever changes are in that are new to the phone. Also I read something about dynamic island, but that seems like an annoying feature.
