I need any advice. My dad ordered the new Iphone 15 in September but when UPS delivered the phone, the box was empty. We ordered from Best Buy with a mobile promotion plan with AT&T. We have filed a police report, talked to AT&T, Best Buy, and Apple and no one is helping. We just want to order a replacement. Who do we go to? They all keep telling me to go to the other.

UPS delivered the box open and by the time we opened the box there was no phone. We’ve been on the phone with Best Buy customer service for almost 9 weeks. We’re trying to order a replacement

Tell Best Buy you’re filing a consumer complaint with your state’s attorney general. That’s the trick to getting this kind of stuff expedited.
