May I track my indoor runs as an outdoor run just because I want to? I heard the only difference between an outdoor run and indoor run on an Apple Watch is the GPS thingy (alien.top)

I think since it activates your VO2max thingy I’ll start tracking it as outdoor run for the winter season 🤷🏻‍♀️
