I don’t get my poles gets so much hate. Yes, he chose Flus. However, I think people forget that was from a list of three guys provided to him by polien. All I know is he knows talent. Braxton jones, Darnell Wriggt, brisker, Gordon, Dexter, Bagent and more. He’s also got sweat, Moore, Edward’s, and Edmund’s. Also got Carolina’s first round. Dude can get and has gotten a solid team. Now we we need a coach to mold it.

I think Poles should stay. Let him actually pick his coach without interference from Phillips. Poles, Cunningham get the final say with some input from Warren. Just those 3. We don't need Polian or anyone else. And definitely do not involve anyone from the McCaskeys family!
