How much you wanna bet she is an arborist business owner who hasn’t climbed a tree in like 20 years and just does paperwork and phone calls all day?
Nah I've seen this base image before, this is 100% one of those "edit your own designs onto this image to show potential customers" templates. Check out how straight the lines are, especially along the bottom, despite all the curves and folds of the quilt. As tacky as this is it's no more real than those stock images of white dudes wearing "I'm a sassy black woman" shirts.
The simulacrum has taken over.
