Everything about this team screams 4-13. And then you watch them play and they look like a 2-15 team. And then they end the season 10-7

The Tomlin effect. He does not get the credit he deserves being able to manage and keep the team upright. It’s hilarious hearing Steeler fans wanting him fired, Tomlin would have 15 head coach offers before he left the parking lot.

He would be on the first flight to any place in the league.

I would 4 or 5 teams would trade their HC for the stability of Tomlin.
