…just watch a Jets game. I don’t care who is playing quarterback, this is the worst coached offense in history.

Aaron Rodgers single-handedly destroyed this teams season..

He's destroyed a team's season two years in a row now. The Broncos were all-in on Rodgers last year, that's why they hired Hackett whose instructions were basically, "Do whatever the QB wants you to."

When Rodgers wasn't available, they desperation traded for Wilson and we all know how that went.

You could also argue he kept the Packers in the, "good not great" category for the last several years too. Yes, he is an incredible QB and played really well. But he also forced the team to invest a lot of money in over-valued players that he wanted around him. And so they didn't develop any young talent on offense for years, because Rodgers didn't want to work with them. Now they're stuck with a completely under-developed offensive skill corps.

They're getting better (I don't think Love is great, but I do think they have really good coaching) but he has held at least 2 franchises hostage over the past few seasons.
