My iPhone 12 Pro is updated to 17.1.1 and it’s not working when I plug in the lighting cable. It connects but once I try to play a show or movie it won’t work. My brother has the same phone but with iOS 16 and it works fine. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it??

We are lots to have this issue with the new version of IOS and we don't know why...
