are we even sure that he'll be gone after this season??? i mean he SHOULD be but are we sure ownership will make that decision? if he stays what are the next steps? do we still draft qb?? what is the ceiling with him as hc??? are we just fucked????

He gotta go and everyone on the staff that rode in with him. I like Poles and what he has done but got to make a disconnect with coaching staff
