I look around the team and we don't have too many glaring weaknesses. Our coaching is that garbage.

This is why I get annoyed at the Poles hasn't gotten any talent crowd. Considering where the Bears were in the last Pace year to now; night and day difference. Fields is too inconsistent but, I also feel like a different coaching staff would be better for him.

Bears won 6 games with a rookie Fields and Nagy. Also much less flexible cap wise than we were in 2022.

You really think Nagy is the difference between going 6-10 and 3-14? It’s the fucking talent.
