This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

That was ethnic cleansing, even if done by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, but also other contemporary events such as Greek-Turkish population exchanges.
This guy is seeking approval by appealing to libs' moralism, or rather by reassuring them that what the Israeli State is doing is OK actually. Well, people forced out of their homes and forced to move many kilometers away because a state wants to move the line on the ground to a more favorable location might not agree.
But alas, liberals go by "does this make me feel good or bad?" instead of "what effect will this have?"
