When I share my contact card/poster with someone, what gets shared? (alien.top)

I just exchanged numbers with a new co-worker and iMessage asked me to share my contact poster thing, and I did. But it got me thinking, what info gets shared with that? I have addressed, emails, etc on my contact card. Is there a way to limit what’s shared when you “update” your contact info with someone?

On my iPhone 12, when I go to share my card, this little message shows

Then I can select what I want to share with others.
