Is this even considered an upgrade? (Note: From Pro to non-pro).

Background: Need an iPhone for my family member, contemplating if I should get them a iPhone 13 or give my 12 Pro and get a 15 for myself..

The literal only thing the 12 Pro is better than the 15 in, is the telephoto camera, and even that module is really poor and outdated by now - its just a 2x and is pretty much useless in low light. The 15 is a huge upgrade over the 12 Pro.
