Apple has me brainwashed because I really be feeling like my workouts don’t count if I didn‘t have my Apple Watch on. Arrived at the gym and realized I left my watch, so I went back to get it. (alien.top)

Agreed! Similarly addicted to my AW regarding workouts and also regarding sleep quality. So many metrics! I'm good with it though.... we can improve what we can measure.
