Apple has me brainwashed because I really be feeling like my workouts don’t count if I didn‘t have my Apple Watch on. Arrived at the gym and realized I left my watch, so I went back to get it. (alien.top)

I once told a friend “if your exercise tracker doesn’t track your workout, are you really exercising at all?” He laughed. I laughed. But we knew deep down we both believed in it
