I just got my first apple watch what advices do u recommend for me like what to download what to do which setting to open.tell me anything u think its helpful.

The first AW I received, I ended up returning because I couldn't deal with the constant notifications of emails (work emails were overwhelming). I ended up buying the AW again and turned off all my email notifications (I only get text messages) and it's much better! Just upgraded from AW4 to AW9 and love it.
