The Apple Watch generally is very accurate estimating the calorie expenditure of my strength training workouts and daily activities. But I t usually underestimates a little (approximately 7-10%) the calorie expenditure of my running and cycling workouts (but now with the support of cycling power is way better than before).
Of what workouts do you think that the Apple Watch is over estimating it calorie expenditure for you?
