So i have this macbook i got from school in summer of 2022 and it has like this bright white thing in the bottom right of the screen like water is inside, my parents will kill me if it is what i think

Backlight bleed possibly? You can't fix it but it sometimes happens. It isn't very common though, you should take better care of your stuff.

No, its a clear sea through mark thats like wet from inside. Also coffee fell on my laptop so thats propably it
