I’m starting to think maybe I shouldn’t have chosen to rely completely on MagSafe charging… (iPhone not charging because of high temp) (alien.top)

I mean 23 hours can make the phone temp go up

It’s the combination of StandBy display timeout set to “never” and what looks like constant MagSafe charging. They’re going to need that graphene heat sink system that’s rumored for the 16 or 17 Pro. lol

I have it set to ‘never’ through the night using AOD and StandBy. It contributes to ‘Screen Idle’ but not ‘Screen Active’ or screen time. I have 14PM so not sure if it is different on previous models if they don’t have AOD.

I wouldn’t think “never” is an option for models that don’t have AOD.
