Mine is one of them (went to an old address) so I registered online over 3 weeks ago for a reissue, and made sure to screenshot my verification number.

Called in at the beginning of this week to see what the progress was only to find out they can't track the verification number so I just have to wait.

This current gov't is useless as tits on a bull.
