What's amazing is like watching how teams like Seattle are 6-3 and just reload QB's and staff and defense and are still in contention.

Why? Because they have an excellent coaching staff and ownership that's constant.

Same with the Steelers.

I'm always amazed by teams that can do that and we can't even do one of those things well.
