Lost internet on cellular after 17.1.1 update last night (alien.top)

Updated in a home lan last night before bed. This morning non of my apps can access the internet after walking out of the wireless range. Anybody else seeing this? Seems like the update requires giving apps new permissions for privacy but not seeing anything in app security permissions beyond what was already there for cellular access

This happened to me when my 12 updated to iOS 16. Lost all connectivity out of WiFi range. Had to go to the store and Apple replaced the whole back half. Update fried something.
