Blame the higher ups for letting Getsy come here. He runs an offense that is more fitted for a true pocket passing QB not a Justin Fields. He's going to stubbornly stick to it because that's what he does best and all he knows.

I feel like his bread and butter being screens and inside zone runs instead of something more advanced shows how shitty he is, anyone else gettin what I'm saying or am I just complete nuts?

I’ll play devil’s advocate here, maybe a pocket passing style offense is what Poles wants the bears to run and EXACTLY why he brought Getsy here. I’m starting to wonder if this season was to try and see if Fields could fit into that mold. It would explain why he hasn’t been fired yet or really faced any real heat at all
