I wear my Apple Watch ultra in bed for sleep tracking. It knows my preferred bed time and wake up time. Why does it still tap me on the wrist to stand up every hour while I am sleeping? (alien.top)

I’m not a particularly light sleeper so I don’t feel this every single hour but I’m still aware of it several times each night. Is there a way to disable the “time to stand up” notification during sleep hours?

Mine still gives me Time To Stand notifications while in Sleep Focus even though all app notifications are off in focus settings.
