Considering my use case, neither the color accuracy nor the display quality is important. Thanks in advance for sharing your valuable recommendations.

p.s. My device is 2022 M2 MBA 8-core CPU, and 10-core GPU.

“Budget” means different things to different people, so it might help for you to provide a price range.

I have a Dell U2723QE that I’m pretty happy with. At $600, I consider it a budget monitor because it’s a lot less than the $1600 that Apple charges for a Studio Display.

(I would love a Studio Display but I can’t justify spending that much on a monitor. Plus, the U2723QE is nice because it essentially functions as a KVM switch, so it makes it easy to swap my webcam/keyboard/mouse with my PC.)

Surely, "budget" differs to people; but it is common to classify the devices/tools through their overall market prices. So, obviously, a budget monitor does not cover Apple's Studio Display given my use case is nothing related to the quality of the monitor in terms of colors, refresh rate, sharpness, device's flexibility, etc.

Regarding Dell U2723QE, it looks pretty good - but still stays a little "high-end" considering my simple use case. Many thanks for your valuable comment. 🙏
