All of a sudden my Apple TV remote can not control My tvs volume control. I went into settings, changed it a few times from hdmi to IR, even had it match my remote which I've never done before. It said the match worked but it still didn't control the tv. Switched back to IR and hdmi twice to see if it would kick back in, restated the Apple TV a we times, nothing. Any advice?

I brought the remote from another room/Apple TV and paired it to the Apple TV that I am having the volume control issue with. That did not solve the issue. So whatever is causing this is in the Apple TV itself because that remote functions fine in the other room. FYI, both of the sample Apple TVs are the latest 4K models and both are using the same settings.
