I think there are 4 more winnable games (MN, ATL, AZ, and GB). Given that it's always been a rebuild project, I think we keep Poles, Flus, and Fields if we get 7 wins, especially if we look okay in the losses.

The team is on the way up, still playing hard, and I think 3 years is a more reasonable timeline.

If they get to 7 wins there is probably no chance Bears fire Flus, but I won't feel great about running it back with him. Fields is still debatable. He'd have to be consistently good through the remaining games to pass on 2 great prospects.

I think if they go on this run, it proves that Flus didn’t totally lose guys and if they put forth a winning effort, Flus should get the credit. I kinda wanna see the Bears continue to disappoint because I’m done with this coaching staff.

I feel like that last sentence articulates what’s happened to America in the last decade. It’s basically saying I’d rather inflict harm and loss on others (bears fans) rather than admit I was wrong. That’s so crazy. To just be even slightly pulled that was is so demoralizing… I don’t know if you meant it but it just hit me deep.
