For me it’s the option to individually lock apps.

Notification cooldown. I don’t need my phone to notify me more than once for 2-3 texts of the same person within a couple seconds.

I'm andriod now but pretty sure there is a setting to fix that.

No, no such function. The phone will chime repeatedly if the person jams the send button.
