Confused about app store (alien.top)

I don't know why I'm having this issue, must have changed something in my settings.

Basically, I was promoted by the app store to put my password in when I wanted to download the Amex app. I'm confused because I should have it set up so that I just have to double press the power button and use face id.

Anyone know where in my settings I have it set up wrong?

Another possibility is you may need to restart your phone. About once a month my phone will insist on me using the password for the App Store/ask for my backup PIN when auto-filling passwords. Restarting the phone fixes it. It's like the device just sometimes randomly decides the Face ID function is compromised and a restart is the only way to get it unstuck from the belief.
