For me it’s the option to individually lock apps.

Icon arrangement and ffs better Photo app. Coming from Android recently, It drives me crazy that I need to search for Iphone to see only the picture taken by me instead of a Album for it. Also the option to sync only those photos to iCloud. Srsly how would that harm Apple user experience?
