I have option for these two watches at rue same price

Apple watch s6 mint condition with box and everything and covered by apple warranty until 180 days and battery is at 100%

Apple Watch s7 with expired coverage battery is 90% and it have small scratch on the body and comes with just the cable

What you guys thing Iam confused especially that the S7 have thinner bezels and have fast charging
