Not even a 'please' or a 'hi'. Not a good example of parenting. This is more like an order than a request.
At my household we have mutual respect. If I want something from my dad I have to say 'please' or he will ask if something happened. This goes the other way too, for when he asks if I can get him a movie.
Maybe it is for a hit.
