M1 Macbook air battery is wearing too much in just a year and a couple of month. (alien.top)

My Macbook Air M1 is used for a year and a couple of month, and batter is already 78% while showing service needed.

Is this normal 185 cycles only and battery already needs to be replaced?

Use your mac as much as possible plugged with the app Aldente and make sure that the battery isn’t charging
