Issues with picture transfer to Windows 10. anybody else? Solutions? (alien.top)

Hi guys. When I try to transfer the photos from my iPhone to my Windows computer, there are always problems. This action was much more straightforward with my previous Android devices, I really miss that. Has anyone else had problems like this and found a workaround? There is software available for purchase that helps here. Do you have any experience with it?

I send them to myself on my gmail account which is on both my Apple and HP toys.
