So I have an older Apple Watch i dont know what gen but I forgot to charge it one day and it won’t charge anymore .. the logo will show when I put it on the charger but that’s it. This happend before when I forgot to charge it but it worked after charging for hours. It’s like the apple pen once it’s dead it’s gone 😭 I don’t wanna toss it what do I do? I’m broke and I work with dogs and I’m trying not to be on my phone as often.

Try pressing the crown and button together for at least 10 seconds to see if it’ll hard reset.

Beyond that - if the battery is no longer holding its charge, then it’s $100 for an Apple Store replacement, in the US at least. For that much money, it’s probably better to save towards a newer & faster watch and maybe get a small trade-in on yours. I know that’s not a good answer when you’re broke, but Apple watches just aren’t easy to repair.
