This sounds like the type of non-story that the team intentionally leaks.

Notice the complete lack of details. What were the Panthers offering? Which players/picks were discussed?
Is it even that? WR is a pretty low priority. I have to imagine fans would prefer an actual defense or Oline before they start trading for star receivers.
