What am I missing, I got a 60w rated c to c cable, plugged into a 60w port, highest I have got was 21w.
I tried the included cable and it was the same.

You aren’t missing anything they just don’t charge much faster than 20w. Occasionally they’ll charge higher in bursts if the conditions are right. My 15 Pro Max I have not seen go above 23w.
There have been charging tests and the difference between 20w and 30w fully charging is only around 5 minutes iirc.
Ah that’s a bummer! Do you know if 15w wireless charging works in the same fashion?
I’m seeing a max of 10w from a wireless puck, that means it’s working on the new 15w qi2 standard, right?
