Is the 4g modem in iPhone 13 Pro integrated on the main SoC (A15) or is it a separate chip? What about the 5g modem? (alien.top)

I have noticed a huge difference in battery life when switching between 4G and 5G. My iPhone on 5G gives me approx 7-8 hours battery life with approx 5 hours of screen on time. Switching to 4g, I get 9-12 hours battery life with 7-8 hours screen on time. ps: Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, Reddit are my primary data consumers.

Hence, my question.

mmWave meaning 5G connection? Does the Japanese variant have this mmWave chip?
