Of the bands that come with the watch, I prefer the Ocean band. It's more secure than the Trail Loop, and easier to fasten and adjust than the Alpine Loop. But most importantly for me, it is extremely stain resistant, doesn't stay wet after exposure to water, and is easy to clean. I find it very comfortable as well. It's my daily driver band, though I do switch to other bands for special purposes/occasions.
