Is Apple Watch more accurate than Garmin? (alien.top)

Hello, can someone tell me if they had experience with AWU and Garmin Epix Pro, how accurate is one over the other?

Features-wise, I can go with both. Although I have iPhone, I am not going to be using the watch for smartwatch features. My main goal is using it as a fitness and sleep tracking. I don't care about the extra fitness metrics that Garmin offers. All I care about is the accuracy of the data like steps, calories, HR, sleep stages etc. I do like to have the option of seeing my readiness score and stuff like that.

Please suggest.

yep this is the answer. The guy tested everything. Long story short, apple is better in terms of accuracy (HR and sleep). If you want even better HR you can do it via a chest strap but that's about it. I also have a polar OH1 (or the newer variety sense) which they say is golden standard for optical HR tracking.
