3 firsts and 2 seconds or 1 second and some change in the 3rd & 4th rounds minimum. I doubt we’ll get a round one type of player as well. I think teams will look at what Carolina did, and realize how big of a mistake they made trading a great player away.

In any case, we’re going to have 2 first rounders and 2 second rounders next draft, regardless. I believe, talent wise, this is where we turn the corner towards having a roster destined for the playoffs. If the Bears get the haul for the #1 as well, that’s just extra thick and rich roster gravy !

That's not how it works. The Carolina deal set the market. The more hype for Williams, the more value attached to the pick.

That's why we should trade it for a haul.

Last time, 1 blue chip draft pick turned into 2 blue chip picks and a blue chip player. 300% return.

We should aim for that or better this year, if in that position again.
