How to have Siri call different lines listed under contact? (alien.top)

I’m trying to have Siri call my wife’s work number and she has mobile and work listed in contacts, but Siri only calls mobile even when I say “Siri, call wife work” it’ll go “ok, calling wife mobile”

How do I fix this?
