idk what happened last night but I just dropped my phone yesterday when It was raining but i have Iphone 11. tdy morning it said it had no sim card and my phone kept turning off every 5 mins. please help Idk what to do

It most likely has liquid damage or some form of damage and needs to be repaired. I suggest taking it to your local Apple Store to get checked out.
